Cosplay Issues

Grr! My dreams are being crushed. I was planning on getting a Sweden costume put together before SugoiCon, but I can't find an overcoat for it~ If anyone could give me some suggestions, that would be wonderful! Otherwise...sorry Poland, but our SuFin duet won't happy :/
